Driving Usage of Software Tools at Law Firms

When law firms buy technology or create resources people don't use, everyone loses. Getting attorneys and their teams to actually use the best new resource at the right time is challenging. Technology is part of the problem, but it can also be part of the solution.

This program will include attorneys from several law firms who are using different software products to enhance their workflow and improve efficiencies.

Librarians need to figure out how they can better leverage their training skills because the way we are trained and understand information resources is very different from the way lawyers use these products.

We will explore what works, what doesn't and why.
