Traditional matter management systems collect key points about work performed for clients, but often lack information which is helpful in responding to RFP's, making pitches for similar work, and even working more efficiently. This program will explore types of data which are often already available, identify additional data which may be helpful, and discuss real-life approaches to collecting, storing and retrieving experience data.
