Succession Plannng: Getting it Right

Many Directors are in the senior years of their careers and since cloning is not an option, we need to plan for our replacement. This program will provide guidance about documentation your replacement will need in order to seamlessly transition and be successful in their new role. Panelists will include Directors who have recently retired who will discuss their method of succession planning. The panel will also include an HR consultant to provide information about staffing when there are changes at the Director level.
