Basics of video editing to be used for patron instruction, outreach, in-house and association training. Program would include overview of commonly-completed tasks, tips on video capture, and intro to common free, low-cost, and high-cost/professional software/hardware options. The program could be expanded to a workshop or deep dive depending on interest.
I would like to see a program on strategies for providing reference services to geographically-dispersed audiences. Librarians don't need to "reinvent the wheel" when it comes to marketing, PR, and outreach activities. Many of our parent organizations (law schools, law firms, local governments, etc.) have communications, PR or marketing departments that can serve as useful partners in developing marketing campaigns.
